My Aims of Sophomore

It is important to move to action. What action? It is all things which we want to do and we have to do for our future. Looking back on my life of freshman, I didn’t act to study and work harder. It means that I put on studying and working hold, for I thought that I had much time to spend freedom. I wonder what I acquired, what I have done for my future. When I entered the college, I thought going abroad to study English in sophomore or junior. But I haven’t prepared for going abroad. I know it costs me much money to go abroad, so I should have to save money. In addition, I don’t think to improve my English skills, because I didn’t study TOFLE or TOEIC to go abroad. Therefore, I have to reflect on myself, progress with my English skills and force of actions.
In sophomore, it increased my major classes, so this year I have to study harder than last year. Besides it is increasing what I want to do and what I have to do. For example, I want to study bookkeeping which is the job or activity of recording the financial accounts of a company or organization, to get the certificate examination of English of pre-first which is called “Eiken,” and to get the certificate examination of Chinese which is like Eiken but it’s Chinese version. What’s more, I want to travel in Japan because I need to know what Japan is, then I want to see and feel anything. For that reason I have to save a lots of money. So I must put the order of priority these things.
Moreover, because I started my part time job last year, it’s cram school, the job tasks increase too, and it will be a little difficult for me to manage about training new co-workers. Now, I am training how to train new co-workers. However, I’m still immature, I cannot teach new co-workers how to teach the students. Actually, because I’m still searching for how to lessons, I haven’t had confidence that my teaching is good. Therefore, I have to improve my teaching skills for the students and new co-worker.
What should I do for these things to realize? Everybody has equally 24 hours a day. So I have to spend the time usefully. I reflected on how to spend the time. There are several means of times. For instance, I don’t have much time to spend studying at once, but I can spend 10 or 20 minutes time which is free time between the classes. I mean that even if I had a few time, it’s significant to grind away for everything what I want. If it were really my wish, I wouldn’t think that it is hardship for me to carry out.
